Project Title
How Faith Based Organizations Hinder or Contribute in the Development Processes in Pakistan
Description
My thesis revolves around exploring intersections between two different aspects of society: religion and development. The central idea of this research is to look at what role Faith Based Organizations (FBOs) play in contributing or hindering the development processes. My thesis, which included several interviews, highlights the ‘unique’ approaches adopted by these organizations to work on development related issues and how faith inspires people to work in the field of development and humanitarian assistance.
